Buncha is proud to offer our industry leading Price Match Guarantee to all of our customers! We promise, that if you find an item at a lower price on another grocery delivery app, we'll match it!

How to Submit a Price Match Guarantee Request

  1. If you discover a lower product price available from another grocery delivery provider, please reach out to us at [email protected] or via Buncha in-app chat support within 48 hours after receiving your delivery.

    1. Be sure to include the following details so our team may assist you:

      1. provide valid proof of the lower price, including the name of the delivery platform, product details, and pricing information.

      2. Share a screenshot of the webpage from the competing platform showing the lower price, saved in JPG/PNG/PDF format.

      3. Additionally, include the name of the website/app with its URL.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify the provided details and the credibility of your claim. Expect our response within 48 hours of your email/chat submission. Our customer support team may reach out to you if further information or documentation is necessary regarding your claim.

If your claim is approved, you will have the option to receive either a credit to your Buncha account equivalent to the price difference, or a refund for the same amount to your card.

Credits have no expiration date, can be utilized for your upcoming orders, and will be applied automatically during the checkout process.


Other Terms & Conditions:

1. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all grocery orders (excluding sale items) placed through Buncha for delivery.

2. Price Match Guarantee only applies to item prices offered by other 3rd-Party Delivery Providers. Some examples include: Instacart, Shipt, Doordash, and Uber.

3. The Price Match Guarantee is valid only when comparing the total payable amount, including all taxes and fees, using the same payment method.

4. The Price Match Guarantee is only applicable to identical items that have an exact match in terms of item name, brand, quantity, size, and quality.

4. The Price Match Guarantee is not applicable for canceled orders.


5. Buncha reserves the right to reject any claim if there is any misuse of the guarantee or if the claim does not meet the eligibility criteria.
