How do I Checkout?

🛒 Your Cart is Ready, Let’s Checkout!

So, you’ve filled your cart with all your favourite items, great! Now it’s time to move to the final steps. Just tap the ‘View Items in Cart’ button at the bottom of the screen, and you’ll be guided through the checkout process. Here’s what comes next:

🔄 Add a Backup!

You can also choose to "Add Backup" for items in your cart, just in case something goes out of stock during shopping. This helps ensure the shopper picks an alternative if your preferred item isn't available.

Once you tap the “Add Backup” button, the app will show you all available alternatives. You can select a backup item or choose not to replace it at all.

✅ Substitution Preferences..

After tapping “Continue,” you’ll land on the checkout page where your full order summary will be displayed. But before placing your order, there’s an important step to complete: setting your Substitution Preferences.

When prompted, click “Select Substitution Preference.” You’ll see two options (scroll up if you don’t spot them right away). Choose the one that best matches your comfort level with substitutions. This gives us permission to swap items if necessary and helps our shoppers make smarter decisions on your behalf.

Even if you’ve already added manual backups for individual items, selecting a general substitution preference is still required—just to keep everything clear and consistent!

💳 Payment & Confirmation

Next, it’s time to choose your 'Payment method'. If you’ve already added your payment details, you can skip this part and head straight to the order confirmation by tapping on the 'Confirm Order' button at the bottom.

After completing checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email in just a few moments. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!).
