How do I start an order?

Welcome to the Buncha platform!

On the home screen of our app, you’ll find a curated list of local stores offering delivery in your neighborhood. To get started, simply tap on your preferred store—or explore all stores at once!

Once you’ve selected a store, you can start adding items to your cart directly from the display. If you're looking for something specific, just use the search bar at the top to find it quickly and easily.

Before you get started, here are a couple of important points to keep in mind:

  • Check Cut-off and Delivery Times: At Buncha, we prioritise efficiency and sustainability. We have specific cut-off times for order submissions to ensure timely delivery and minimise carbon emissions. Make sure to place your order before the cut-off time to secure delivery within the specified window. You can view the cutoff time in the top left corner of the screen.

  • If you wish to change the delivery time, simply tap the “Change Delivery” button located in the top right corner. You’ll then see a list of the best available delivery time slots to choose from.

  • Monitor Store Capacity: Some of our partner stores operate with a capacity limit, indicating how full their delivery schedule is. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Don't worry if you forget something; you can always add more items to your cart before the delivery process begins.

Once you've chosen your desired day and delivery timeframe, it's time to pick your preferred store and begin filling up your cart with items.
