The "Add item" option will get disabled if the store capacity gets filled or once the delivery window closes. Hence, there is a limit set for all the stores, once they receive enough orders for the assigned delivery, they stop taking new orders or items.
As you must be aware, we (Buncha and our store partner) accept only limited orders so that we can serve our customers with the utmost quality and quantity (we don't want our customers to face unwanted stock issues from our store partners' end).
However, you can place an order for those items to the next delivery timings by clicking on the "Order Ahead for next delivery" option (at your convenience).
