We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may find yourself needing to cancel an order. This policy outlines the few steps and eligible conditions for canceling your Buncha order.

Order Cancellation Eligibility:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled up to 2 hours before the start of the scheduled delivery window.

  • Out of Stock Items: If more than 50% of your order has items that are out of stock, you have the option to cancel your order while the shopping process is in-progress. If the shopping process has finished, you may not cancel your order.

3 Ways to Cancel Your Order

  1. Through Buncha App: Log into your account on our website or mobile app, navigate to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

  2. Through In-app Chat Support: Navigate to your profile section, tap on "Support" option and send a message to our support team.
    ​

  3. Email: Send an email to [email protected] with your cancellation request. We'd ask that you please provide details of your order's delivery date and store. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within the allowed cancellation window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (speeds vary by bank provider).

  • No Refund: Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be refunded.
