Refund Policy for Stolen Orders

At Buncha, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable grocery delivery experience to our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as instances where an order is reported stolen after delivery. To determine whether you are eligible for a refund on your stolen order, please reference the following criteria.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

  1. Order must be reported as stolen within 30 min of the indicated delivery time.

    1. The delivery time of your order can be seen on the Order Summary page.

AND any of the following:

  1. Delivery Instructions were not followed correctly.

  2. Order was delivered to the incorrect location or address.

  3. Order was delivered late outside of the scheduled delivery window by more than 15 min.

If you believe that your situation meets the above criteria, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] or in-app chat in the Buncha App immediately.

Reviewing your Claim

Upon receiving a report of a stolen order, our customer support team will investigate your delivery further. This investigation will include reviewing the delivery details, including the proof of delivery photo taken by your driver, delivery location, and any specific delivery instructions provided by you. Expect our response within 24 hours of your email/chat submission. Our customer support team may reach out to you if further information or documentation is necessary regarding your claim.

If your claim is approved, you will have the option to receive either a credit to your Buncha account, or a refund for the same amount to your card. Alternatively, we can offer to schedule your order for redelivery at the next available delivery window.

Credits have no expiration date, can be utilized for your upcoming orders, and will be applied automatically during the checkout process.
